Facilitating illegal migration, such as assisting illegal border crossing (smuggling), employing a foreigner who is in the country without a legal basis, and human trafficking, i.e. forcing a person to work or engage in other activities (begging, prostitution) through violence or fraud, are also prohibited and punishable. Illegal immigration also occurs when a foreigner crosses the state border with an invalid and/or forged document/visa.
