The roundtable will discuss the following topics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What are the interests and labour market needs of origin and destination countries? What are the essential elements in designing fair and effective labour migration programs?<\/li>\n<li>Who are the main stakeholders of these new initiatives, and why is public-private partnership relevant?<\/li>\n<li>What can be learned from these new initiatives, and how could they be expanded into long-term, mutually beneficial, structured, and sustainable partnerships?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Speakers at the roundtable:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Alexander Wilhelm<\/strong>, Director of International Placement Services (ZAV), Federal Employment Agency, Germany<\/li>\n<li><strong>Representative of Enabel<\/strong>, Belgian Development Agency<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rob de Lobel<\/strong>, LHD Program and Policy Lead, IOM Belgium<\/li>\n<li><strong>Salima Bensalem<\/strong>, Head of International Placement, ANAPEC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The roundtable will be moderated by <strong>Manjula Luthria <\/strong>(Senior Economist, World Bank).
